Now allow me to introduce myself and what this blog will be all about. My name is Anjalee but my little scholars call me Ms. Beverly. I am a fourth grade teacher in California. I am also a project based learning coach and advocate for culturally responsive teaching. This is a safe and authentic space. My goal as an educator is always to prioritize equity and the liberation of BIPOC students.
This blog will be a mix of teaching tips, strategies, resources and journal-like entries of my teaching abroad experience.
Yes! Your girl will be teaching abroad this upcoming school year and I am excited to tell you all about it. Plus, I want to record these experiences for myself-so I can always look back on it.
